    Why trust this tool

0 network requests since page load · verified live, not our word for it

    No accounts

No signup, no email, no watermark on the watermark tool. Use it and close the tab.

    No limits (for now)

Watermark as many pages as your device's memory allows. No artificial caps.

Numbering, rotating, or compressing a PDF too? All live.

Stamp page numbers onto every page, fix pages scanned sideways, or shrink the file size — same rule: everything stays local. Leave your email and we'll let you know about a Pro batch mode.

Stamping text without touching the page underneath

Watermark draws your text across every page using pdf-lib's native drawText, with control over opacity and rotation angle — it's additive, layered on top of the existing content rather than replacing or reflowing it, so the original page is fully intact underneath if you ever need to remove the watermark by regenerating from the source file.

Because it's drawn text rather than a burned-in image, the watermark stays crisp at any zoom level and adds only a few bytes per page to the file. One caveat that applies to this tool same as every other one here: a PDF encrypted with an open password can't be loaded at all before watermarking even starts — here's why, and what your options are.
